No more than 2 pets allowed per apartment home. A 50 pound weight limit applies to each pet. A non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent must be paid for each animal. A<br />current photograph of each animal must be provided along with proof of current<br />vaccinations for each animal. Animals are defined as a cat or dog. No aggressive<br />breeds.
